Manufacturing

From raw material purchasing through to finished product, a dedicated quality inspection department controls each process step. The plant is equipped with precision testing and measuring instruments, and every sample from every process stage is tested before the batch moves forward.

Product focus

We concentrate on high-performance nonionic emulsifiers — SPAN 80, Tween 80, SPAN 60 and the PEG ester series. The range is built for purity, versatility and regulatory compliance, giving emulsion stability, biocompatibility and consistent performance across ten grades from HLB 4.3 to 15.0.

Service and supply

We supply overseas markets directly from the factory. That means quality is controlled and checked at source, and it means we handle logistics ourselves — including helping customers consolidate other purchases from China into the same shipment.

Certification

We hold FAMI-QS certification for feed safety, valid through March 2027, and ISO 9001:2015 for quality management. Products are REACH-registered for EU market access, with Kosher and Halal certification where the application calls for it. Every shipment ships with CoA, MSDS and Certificate of Origin. Retain samples are held for 24 months per batch.
